"At this point, Israel’s reaction is disproportionate," said Tajani on Tuesday whil;e referring to Israel's ongoing attacks on civilians in Gaza's Rafah, according to public broadcaster RAI’s Radio1.
“There are too many victims who have nothing to do with Hamas," he said, "But Israel is making a mistake because it’s causing too many civilian victims."
The diplomat called for putting an end to “the violence of Israeli attacks."
Israel launched its genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, under the pretext of responding to a surprise operation by the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas.
